Anyone else pissed off with the judges’ obvious bias towards Libby? Ben deserved a place in the final more than her

100% Yes! I feel like now they can say "Wow look, someone with such a disability made it to the final" which is great and would be amazing if it were truly deserved but she isn't as strong a skater as Ben

Actually her edges are much stronger than Ben. Non skaters won’t appreciate the technique

Just caught up on last night’s episode - grrrr I am so cross about the judges’ favouritism of Libby! Don’t get me wrong, her achievements have been amazing and I have a daughter with a disability myself so I truly appreciate what’s she’s done. But Ben really deserved a place in the final! I absolutely feel they’ve just done this for the publicity, the same way they made such a big deal of being the first talent show to feature a gay couple - it’s like they can brag that they’ve ticked all these PC boxes this year!

I hope Joe wins I think he has made the biggest improvement. Perrie hasn’t had to overcome much to get there. I think the show has been set up for him to win since week 1. Best songs best costumes . When Joe could barely skate in a straight line when he started .

It would be good to see Joe win but I reckon it will be Perri. He’s been the one to stand out from the start. But joe has made so much improvement, he really would deserve it

I agree Joe has been a revelation. At the start I thought he was going to be another Todd Carty and of course Joe's Jack The Lad persona didn't help. But he's been simply amazing and shown how much progress can be made with hard work and perseverance. But sadly I think it'll be Libby and Perry doing Bolero, going on what's happened in previous weeks.

So Maura and Alex were partnered up. Last week Maura & her boyfriend Curtis broke up, now today Alex has announced he’s split from his wife Carlotta (who’s also a pro on the show - I think she’s partnered with Ben?)

I thought you meant Alex, Joe's partner. This makes more sense, if a little disappointing and predictable.

Refreshing to see Joe win, tho'. He definitely had more of a journey and I have to say Perry does wobble a lot. No-one ever seemed to acknowledge that.

Fantastic that Joe won. For a guy his age who hadn’t skated or danced before to take on a professional dancer nearly half his age without family on the judging panel. Vanessa’s face was a picture she thought she has been winning since week 1.
