The pro situation is weird as well. They are actually loyal to some of them, just not the right ones.

Why bring back Andy & Robin, they're not well-known or popular with the audience (sorry but it's true) - they should have got back people like Alex Murphy or Hamish Gaman, who were actually fan favourites in their tenure. I understand Olivia last year was a one-off as she's still competing, but what about Angela Egan who partnered Bez and won with Sonny Jay? She's curiously not around any more. That young skating couple from America - Karina & Joe - where are they? They had all of the makings of good pros, Karina also won with Regan Gascoigne.

At least Matt Evers & Lukasz have both left, it was past time for those two to be gone.

I went to see the live tour the year Beth Tweddle won. Christopher Biggins compered it, and it was all a bit disappointing. Luckily, we didn't pay full price for our tickets, and about a third of the seats were empty.

I can’t tell if they are all a bit under rehearsed or they have run out of celebrities who can skate but there were loads of wobbly ones tonight.

I thought Jordan Banjo hosted an ITT style spin off show a couple of years ago. But I agree it suffers from no-one knowing the professionals so not caring.

The adverts means it is on as long as Strictly (so a bit of a slog for the first few weeks) but there’s so much less actual screen time for the couples. Plus the fact that the celebrities are less well known to start with than those on strictly.

Greg gave me the ick winking at Vanessa at the end of their routine and he’s doing a faux humble thing but isn’t a good enough actor to pull it off.

Lou had another horrible outfit and all I could see in the skate off was Claire’s bra!
 
Caught up. I was never a fan of Holly but she grates on my last nerve now. I think Stephen feels he has to make his mark or something but a lot of his stuff is cringeworthy, imo,

The right person left tonight. I'm sorry to see Colin gone so soon, but on the plus side - Brendyn skates on 😁.
 
I am not a fan of Ashley one bit. He really does think he is a couple notches above his station. Who goes away for three weeks when you are a judge? Okay yes they are on Tour but you are not Taylor Swift... whole economies will not colopase if you are not out on tour. Lack of commitment, entitlement and just plain rude in my opinion. Happy they have got an ACTUAL figure skater. Maybe they can give proper critique. To be frank I think they should axe him. he has had a good run, he can take his nans pearls and go.
 
I think it's time to axe the whole show. It looks like it's just been thrown together. I actually liked Stephen presenting it when he stood in for Philth before, but now he is trying too hard to be funny & it is so cringe. Holly trying to hold on to her nosediving career & looking desperate. Boring pros & celebrities. The judges are useless.
