I’m just catching up on last night’s episode (not entirely sure why as I really don’t care any more). What is going on with the scores?! Sonny-Jay with 9s and 9.5? They were stuttery, sloppy, slow and not in sync on so many occasions. The judges are making a mockery of it all now. In previous seasons I reckon Sonnny-Jay would have had 7.5s or 8s for that routine. Absolutely ridiculous!!
 
I think they’re wanting an all male final. It’s the only explanation for why they’ve scored the male celebs higher than the women when really they’re all pretty at the same level.
 
Faye seems to have plateaued, shame given that she had a real promising start and was the first really good female celeb in a while.

I don’t know why but it seems like there haven’t been very many female front runners, all of the DOI legends we remember are men (possible exception of Hayley and even she was poor at solo skating). Is this a weakness on behalf of the show? They should do something about it.

I think they're dishing out such high scores to make the series seem better and more exciting than it is. Non of the skaters are as good as previous series. Most are competent but I haven't seen one performance yet that has made me go 'WOW'.

Exactly, I can't see 12 minutes of skating, endless ads and probably a pro dance filling that amount of time? Does anyone else think the judges are starting to go into far more detail about each skate. I could swear it's taking a good 5/10 minutes before the couples get to skate away and the next one is introduced.
