He did an article not long ago, it was posted on a neighbours group he's in and he mentioned that the negativity he received when he was in that, put him off acting and that he couldn't get any roles 😂
He probably does make more money from reality and instagram ads.

Where is wetherfield? I thought it was South Manchester although when I visited the old set, the bus stops went to random areas. In South Manchester it would be worth more than that, even in the bad areas I'd say over 200,000 for one that needs work. I'd say it would be cheaper in North Manchester
Okay I did a quick bit of research 😅 I read weatherfield is based on Salford and a quick Google search shows that the average 2bed semi or terrace in Salford is selling for around 160-180k so they were pretty accurate!

If imagine Salford (apart from the Quays) to be cheaper than Manchester.

I'm shocked I suppose because I live in the NE and housing is cheaper here.

£150-£175k for Fiz and Tyrone's house?? duck off!!

I thought that. Load of bollocks.

I thought it would be more in this day and age! The little ex-council, three bed semis near where I live are snapped up for 300k.

It very much depends what part of the country you're in. A little back street in Manchester is not going to £175,000.

I'm not convinced.

He said she didn’t do it for him anymore 🤮 what an arse hole
Ah, was that what he said, he's a twit

It does depend where in Manchester, absolute tit holes, proper rough areas that have now become trendy go for a fortune now. I live in Cheshire now, not the wag bit, can't afford what I have here in South Manchester.
Wetherfield would still be a cheap area to live, 5je hipsters haven't moved in yet 😂

Can we just have one week without another Summer drama?

Fiz's lukewarm reaction to Joseph being missing was infuriating. Then she had the gall to compare him to Hope, making out that Joseph was worse because he ran away ONCE.

Hope is going to turn out like Meena on Emmerdale. Fiz takes no responsibility or even tries to make her daughter be decent.
Wasn't Hopes dad a serial killer lol
