oh sod off craig , you have breathalysed him , now sod off and stop lecturing , i think that sums up police, rather than do the job they insist on getting up peoples nose in the hope you respond negatively , that way they can then escalate proceedings in the hope of getting an easy arrest, this is how they keep the numbers up without chasing criminals

Fizz is an absolute witch , i really dislike her

Well he was right and prevention is better than cure. What I don’t like about coppers is that they’re too nice to the wrong uns

I'm glad Tyrones gran told fizz she was wrong too. She probably knows deep down hope is causing trouble she just wants an excuse to not let the kids near alina

They are not married
It’s Tyrones house and cohabitation law is very harsh
Ruby isn’t her daughter

The thing with Corrie is they do some good work highlighting certain issues but with other stuff they just make it up 🙄

Fiz is one of those characters where even though you feel she is morally right her horrible psycho daughter Hope and her screeching bring out my unsympathetic side

its the only time i will enjoy watching peter , as the actor is probably the best at acting being drunk , its cringy when others do it and they are a bit unconvincing

yes exactly this , there is something about the character that just annoys me even if she is right, i would rather see Tirrone get the kids just to see the character upset :D

Roy looks like a new modern man with his shorter haircut , it suits him

It was a long time ago. I was only 20 but it screwed up my life for a long time.

The driver was unhurt, taken to hospital, escaped (well he walked out when no-one was looking) and called a friend so they could not breathalyse him. He claimed concussion
His wife left him, and she owned the house so he was homeless. He worked for his father-in-law and lost his job. The courts could only fine him. But justice was served I suppose.

People still being over the limit the morning after is actually something that needs highlighting.

For some reason people think that you can go on the lash during the evening and just because you've been asleep for a few hours that the alcohol in your system magically disappears.

at least he didnt get away without some comeuppance , sometimes its helpful in recovery to know they didnt get away with it, hopefully you are well now and have recovered (y)
 
So does Tyrone end up back with Fiz? I think they are boring together, but I think it would be a mistake if they turn him and Alina into a long term couple. There is no chemistry between them, and their scenes are so forced and cringeworthy!

They are showing bits here and there of him and Alina being incompatible: the weird canvas; Alina talking about bath bombs when he was worried about Fiz taking the girls away; Alina not understanding the "take the gloves off" phrase...

The producers were so keen to have a never before told mass multiple birth storyline that no other soap had done before so they could get all the plaudits and shock horror headlines that they never thought it through as to how this would work in the long term.

Not taking the pandemic into consideration, as the kids get older they would have to keep getting 4 lots of kids every few months. This would always be a nightmare. It’s even more of a nightmare now as they can’t have the kids on set as that would mean having 4 lots of real life parents on set and they are currently limited as to how many people can be on set at any one time.

And because they made one of the kids profoundly deaf and again because we've not seen the kids then this storyline hasn’t been explored so it seems a bit of a wasted storyline in hindsight

I know, all we see is Gemma folding their baby grows. Surely they are at least 12 months and walking about now.
