How strange that Eileen says the undertaker award makes up for Todd not going to uni tonight, when earlier on CC, it was the episode of Todd telling her he wasn't going to uni.

I couldn't read the messages on screen- what was going on with Ryan and why was he unzipping his jeans...?
Somebody had ‘slipped into his DMs’ after the topless pics (but he doesn’t show his face) he’s been posting online
They asked him why he doesn’t show his face (I can’t remember his reply to this question) and had he ever thought about using Ovidz (Corrie’s equivalent of Only Fans) where he could make lots of money. This person said they would pay to see more so get it out (that wasn’t the exact words they used but something similar) which was why he was unzipping his trousers

I turned on the classic Corrie today for the first ever time and felt like I was watching a YouTube compilation of classic characters, Dev and Sunita, Curly, Fred and Ashley, Sally and Kevin…it was brilliant and also made me think how we’ve just got no potential “icons” in it at the moment apart from the ones who have already been there forever e.g. Gail, Ken, Steve etc. can you really see us talking about Sumer or Stephen in 20 years time?

I love it, it’s so so good, there’s a thread on here about it, I’m working my way through it slowly. A few weeks ago it was Richard Hillman and the canal scenes. Got to be one of the best ever soap scenes. Soaps are so bad now.

Tbf I think we will still be talking about Stephen in 20yrs. How could we forget the accent, the facial expressions he makes, and the shouting! He's so bad
I agree though, I'm 33 and have watched Corrie since I was a kid. Still remember some of the iconic cast and storylines - the tram crash, Richard killing Maxine with the crowbar, Sarah-Lou pregnant at 13, When Peter Barlow goes to Jim Mcdonald in Prison looking a drink and Jim tells him he is not an optic
