And the baileys
Tyrone's house hurts my eyesGoing to be looking out for them now!
Tyrone's place is bloody awful too, it has a better layout though with the kitchen and dining/living room as one space.
I particularly love that in the Bailey's house they have 3 framed prints of hummingbirds going up the wall. Nice little nod to old Corrie.I like the Bailey's place too. Kinda feels like it's a DFS ad with that massive sofa, but the colours are lovely.
Read theres a storyline coming up with Jenny trying to save the Rovers as it’s struggling by putting up prices and cutting shifts.
I know it’s somewhat supposed to reflect current “real life” and obviously it won’t close but I’d personally prefer to use Corrie as an escape from these sort of current life topics.
It’s depressing enough as it is in there at the moment, It’s always empty and quite soulless with a few extras in the background, compared to classic Corrie where it was the main hub of the soap and always busy, music playing - feels like another layer of goodness of what Corrie used to be about being spoilt.
Hopefully it’s “saved” and forgotten about with some soap magic and they put it back to how it used to be
That picture distracts me whenever it's in eyeshot.Ken’s house is my least favourite. Looks musty, and don’t get me started on the massive out of place picture of Amy on the wall
Sometimes I find him funny but sometimes he acts so bizarrely it actually makes me uncomfortable. Especially given how sleazy his character used to be. But it seems like every middle aged male on the street (except Stephen) he's been relegated to the clueless buffoon type. What is the point in Dev, a completely pointless character played way over the top by a bad actor
Saw the actor that plays Dev in Manchester once, he was with friends and was making the same weird noises he makes in character, I think he’s just put more of himself into the character over the years unfortunatelySometimes I find him funny but sometimes he acts so bizarrely it actually makes me uncomfortable. I think so.Saw the actor that plays Dev in Manchester once, he was with friends and was making the same weird noises he makes in character, I think he’s just put more of himself into the character over the years unfortunately
I saw him getting the train to Manchester years ago from london when I was. I think Dev is just him tooSaw the actor that plays Dev in Manchester once, he was with friends and was making the same weird noises he makes in character, I think he’s just put more of himself into the character over the years unfortunately
I think I mentioned he came into my work years ago. He is 100% Dev in real life.
Which is why I think it’s hilarious that William Roach went to court complaining that he was reported as boring KenI think for any of them that are in it long enough their real self becomes their character and vice versa.
Can confirm! Seen him drop his baggie and moaning that he's not learnt his lines in a bar!Was Dev not into the cocaine for a while there
Doesn't look like it or Sarah wouldn't care about the letter.I’m very confused, is Adam the baby’s father or what?
