Ah thank you! I did wonder if it would seem as good as it was back in the day! I only remember from the jordache family onwards!

What year did it start? I know with cc I remember bits then the whole sally and Martin thing was a blur, I would have been pretty busy with a baby and toddler round about then, but I feel like brookside was further back for me, my mam used to watch it!

Launched 2 November 1982 and ran until 4 November 2003. I didn’t realise it started so early, there will be a lot I haven’t seen

I think a lot goes on with them? I didn’t remember the daughter and Martin storyline until I read it here but there are a couple of other big storylines if I remember correctly?

And fun fact - the son is played by Richard Fleeshman who is the son of Sue Jenkins - ex-Rovers barmaid Gloria and Brookside’s Jackie Corkhill

Yeah they had some big storylines. Lucy-Jo Hudson is a good actress IMO. I love her in Hollyoaks
