I'm loving Norris' suit and wondering where I can get it fromThis Blackpool trip is brilliant.
We desperately need another Vera on current Corrie.

I'm the same, if I've got catch ups to watch, I always pick classic over today's Corrie first!! There's no real characters or humour in today's Corrie, I'm actually getting fed up with it!It’s such a shame that current Corrie has none of the fun that these ones have. I really look forward to these episodes, sad I know!!
I just winced at that man holding that cup of coffee over that turntable
She kind of crept in, think it was end of last week. When did Karen McDonald arrive?
The Darby and Joan Ballroom Dancing Afternoon.
I’m not sure, I’ve had a look online and I couldn’t see anything to say why. Maybe it was to highlight Strep B and/or post natal psychosis (I’m not sure if that’s what she had and I hope that doesn’t offend anyone). Very worthy issues to highlight but it was quite a brutal portrayal.Anyone know why they wrote out Alison this way. It’s quite a traumatic storyline. Was she sacked or did she resign?
I know this is earlier than the Corrie we're currently discussing, but it's just so brilliant I had to share it here!

So many strong, funny, memorable characters missing from today’s showBet Lynch/Gilroy is missed in both Classic and present day Corrie.
She will be seen again in Classic Corrie again at some point this year. Although she should also come back for a final story in present day Corrie. To finally make amends with Rita.
With both Julie and Barbara Knox not getting any younger, this should be done sooner, rather than later!
So we’ve got Rebecca saying Martin strangely but I think Linda says Mark weirdly too. Almost like a bleat. I think I remember how that ends and it can’t come quick enough for meGoing to Blackpool has been a refreshing change from the misery that is Martin and the tiresome Linda and Mark.
