There was a storyline a few years ago about someone’s child dying and Kevin said to somebody that he doesn’t know what it’s like to bury a child
A lot of viewers said what about the baby boy he had years ago who died straight after he was born. Corrie apologised for forgetting and Michael Le Vell said he did point this out to the scriptwriters beforehand but they chose to ignore him

I wish Corrie was acted and written like today's was. Apart from Martin who acted like Reggie Kray running down the hospital corridors with his cheap leather coat flapping.
Also how can Sarah be such a good actress as a child and have the charisma of a lump of lard now 20 years later? It's like a completely different person

I remember it well first time around.
The poor girl, and baby Jake was a little beauty, one minute she had everything she’d ever wanted and the next it was all so cruelly snatched away.
I’m glad we had all the laughter this week with Tyrone and Maria starting to go out.

I remember it from the first time around, so I'm a bit reluctant to watch today's episodes. I've never been a mother, nor an expectating mother, but for some reason, I really don't want to watch today's eps.
I really feel for anyone who has had to deal with anything like today's eps ❤❤❤

I knew baby Jake died, but I didn't know what Alison did next. That wasn't pleasant to watch. I had to rewind that last part.
I had to find this post because every time I see 'Mah Un' on Corrie now I think of it

Maxime has got to be my least favourite TV character of all time, what a moan!
From reading the comments, I had mixed memories of the Alison and Jake storyline. I’m a few episodes behind still but thanks for the heads up folks, I’m not sure I want to watch it

Martin’s “I’m gonna blow the gaff off this place” killed me
I like how we got to see the impact Sarah’s pregnancy had on her social life, school, friendships. I don’t think we got that with the other teen pregnancies since. Everything feels so rushed these days

With other teen pregnancies since this one they only do it as the character is not quite a child but not yet an adult so they decide to give them a teen pregnancy as what else are females good for and the producers have no patience to wait until they grow up
As you say this storyline was different as we saw it from the girl’s perspective rather than her horrified parents point of view and how it impacts on her school life and her school friends. Also how she is still quite immature and naive and thinks she can still do the same things she used to do before she was pregnant

I could not watch The Holiday on channel 5 because she was in it, her voice is getting on my nerves now. She is doing voice overs for Aunty Bessies, a car add, the hospital series from North East, Argos etc.This has killed me lol he’s so annoying!
