I love a hallmark made for TV Christmas film. Normally a storyline where career woman ends up in small American Town where she ends up saving the Christmas show and falling in love with the man she originally took an instant dislike too.

Hallmark Christmas movies are always a guilty pleasure!

I honestly think its super overrated. Like you said, its a bit long. The plots don't feel very related at all. I know its meant to be sweet but I find it hard to care too much about the old guy plot in LA.

Really enjoyed The Christmas Chronicles that I've just seen on Netflix. I couldn't get into Nativity or Krampus (usually I like darker stuff but this was just dire!).

Gremlins and Planes, Trains and Automobiles would be my Christmas-ish films!
