Okay I finally got round to a new thread.

Couldn’t find a thread title that wasn’t a paragraph long 😀

She’s still on The Peloton on the daily. Lost a fuckton of weight and still pretending it’s not Ozempic.

Pimping the kids, pimping the unemployed husband.

Attended various cuntfluencer arse-lickey events.

Still wearing shocking dresses whilst acting like she’s SJP in SATC

Still telling everyone to ‘manifest’

No Candice. I don’t want to manifest a financed Range Rover.

Still living in a part-owned new build in Milton Keynes (nothing wrong with that whatsoever btw but she likes to portray it as something different)

Still an insufferable twit

Still can’t look at her Insta without cringing myself inside out

Please do recap anything I’ve missed

She knows I can’t stand her.
Used to get on with her really well but she’s so tone deaf. Seriously Candice. People all over the world are struggling. And you’re claiming you’re “manifesting” what a load of BS.
And soooooo many others see right through her and have done for several years now. She’s not any better than the white mummy vloggers she says she hates. She’s a nasty piece of work.

She talks about honesty, but she needs to talk honestly about her weight loss. I have no doubt that her great exercise regime and attitude has played a massive role, but I have no doubt that weight loss medication has been added in the last 6 months.

As someone who has lost quite a significant amount of weight over the last year without any interventions, I feel a bit conflicted about comments like this.

I have yo yoed over years and I'm sure people think I've had help, but something just clicked and I credit tik tok for helping me to finally understand weight loss properly. I've upped exercise and work really hard, 10k steps a day and gym 4x a week and calorie counting.

I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt. She has lost a lot, but she has a smaller frame so it's probably not as much as we think. When you're that short, every pound makes a difference.

I've lost about 29kg since last February, but people only started noticing a lot this April so it seems drastic to them. Plus I've kept it quiet, as I always used to announce I was on a diet and fail.

Weight loss interventions have made people forget that we can lose weight without help. She works really hard with exercise, and whilst I acknowledge she has exercised for a while and not lost weight, it is possible that she has just finally got her diet on track.

I’d be more inclined to believe that she just got her head/diet in the right place and the weight loss was a result of that if this wasn’t Candice we were discussing.

She name drops all the big, famous and wealthy black celebs as if she is on the same level as them, and she does this a lot. A lot of them are also looking a lot slimmer than they once did, all down to GLP/GIP meds. These are all celebs that have had access to nutritionists, private chefs, gyms, and personal trainers for years and have never managed to either shift a substantial amount or maintain those losses once they did shift it. Also if she did lose it “naturally” (hate that term because all diets involve a calorie deficit, these drugs are not magic, you still need to eat less, booze is a no go etc) she would be screaming from the roof tops about how she is working out at sunrise and on a strict macro controlled diet. There would be a book, most likely a new pod and various other self publicising activities. This is Candice and she doesn’t do anything quietly especially if she feels it’s a success, perceived or otherwise.

I'm not a fan of Candice. However, calorie deficit doesn't have to be so difficult. You don't need to count macros, you only need to prioritise protein to maintain muscle mass. If you plan your calories, you can still socialise, drink and lose weight. I've not felt deprived at all over the last year and that's because I exercise so I don't have to keep my calories too low to lose weight.

There are so many resources out there now, weight loss doesn't have to be difficult or the chore it once was.

Just because you have resources to lose weight, it doesn't mean you will if your head isn't in the right place. I've yo-yoed since I was a teenager, tried numerous diets, had a PT but never lost more than 2 stone. People will probably assume it's Ozempic/Wegovy, but it's not.

Even if she is on Ozempic, which we have no proof of, it doesn't take away from the fact she's disciplined enough to exercise. You don't get her type of results from Ozempic alone - she has a lot of muscle mass.

I don’t think she’s taken ozempic, as weight drops off dramatically through running and she does it a lot. Good for her cos now she can get into her dream “high fashun” dresses and isn’t the biggest woman in the room anymore. I agree her face looks older but almost all women 40ish have to pick being slim or having a full face.

If you’re able bodied, can exercise intensively then that’s fine.
But for someone like me who can barely walk, has mobility issues down one side of my body. Is in pain and fatigue daily. Also has problems with kidneys, no large bowel, and many other health issues. Proper exercise is a no sadly.
It sucks.
I lost quite a bit of weight a couple of years ago and looked ill because I was ill. But I’ve gained again and it shows on my face.
I would actually love to be able to take a medication to help me lose weight.
I’m not supposed to eat raw fruit and veg. Or fruit with skin on. I’ve already blocked my stoma twice and needed to go into hospital. But I love salads etc.
I do think exercise matter more than what you eat.
She doesn’t know how lucky she is to be able to exercise for a start.

The tickets for her book tour are really not selling- they have already been reduced to less than half price and I think they’ll be paying people to go by the time it rolls round. Did she manifest this?
