I always wonder what the twins think. Candy was so close with them and as they grew older they were right into fashion / make up etc. I wonder if her manner was her families influence.
 
I’ve been wondering the same thing as @Michy02 mentioned in the last thread. I’ve also wondered if the final fallout was her family trying to persuade her away from her public social media presence, because anyone that has hers and her children’s best interests at heart would not just stand by and watch the train wreck that is now 2 Instagram accounts, a tic tok account and now also a threads account bearing all for all to see. I don’t think she would have taken the advice, no matter how gentle it may have been, because our girl knows best and will not be told otherwise.

Surely the family issues would HAVE to include her identifying as a witch and psychic medium and being a reiki practitioner. As opposed to her stable career as a Registered Nurse.

Plus putting her personal business and her kids online so publicly. Doing podcasts and giving a real deep dive on her private family issues. Personally my family would be very unhappy with me!

I’ve downloaded a few astrology apps and I just put my info in and now I’ve got daily horoscopes and meditations plus all the detailed info with my birth chart. Surely she’s getting all the info from an app. Such a scammer!

Actually, now that you mention it, I think I remember her saying she comes from a long line of witches, I think they were shunned from the family too 🤔 was that her? It would make perfect sense that would all have something to do with the falling out, her family seem like a fairly well to do family, perhaps if she carried on with her normal career and did her astrology and card reading stuff on the side rather than scamming people, and sharing her tit show so publicly she wouldn’t be so shunned - if that’s what happened.

I feel for the kids, there’s not many situations that I think the kids should miss out on a relationship with their family - my dad and uncle cut ties with each other when I was 7, I didn’t see my cousin until we found each other as adults through Facebook, I still hold resentment against our fathers for the time we lost, it’s something we will never get back (even though my dad and I, and now my uncle have a great relationship). I imagine having a whole family you are missing out on would hold even greater resentment, I really feel for the kids.

Why the duck did she start a new page, decide it was going to be dedicated to everyday life and one pot slop, then just stop posting.
I know, I know, imposter syndrome or whatever bullshit she said, but it just doesn’t make sense.
She paid duck knows how much for socially ew’s course to get this page running, and in fairness built it up quite quickly, then nothing.
What a loser.

Socially Ew 😂😂 I know that was an autocorrect but haha.

I think any good marketer would advise her to be more consistent with her branding. It’s a MESS!!

1. Psychic: She helps overwhelmed mums feel less anxious (read here and took down the “millenial mum” part no doubt)
2. Unstoppable mumma: mum, wifey and cooks meal for fussy kids. Has stopped posting
3. Tiktok: wifey, mum, Neuro spicy family

This is all confusing Candice.

Her bio dad is gay, and he wasn’t in her life at all when she was younger, I’m not sure if he’s in her life now, but she has said that they had reunited, but she doesn’t talk much about him. I think you’re right, the line of witches did come from his side.

I also live painfully close to this absolute disaster of a person. Close enough to have had the misfortune to be in Coles during one of her 679 trips there per week. I tell you, when someone is walking around a supermarket, phone out, filming themselves chatting to a screen, and being as dramatic as she always is, it's difficult to dodge quickly enough to keep yourself out of the shot. Her constant "oh my god, people are looking at me!" when she's doing that is not altogether wrong. They are. And not in a good way.

There is no way she feeds 5 from one pack of gnocchi. It would feed her and Kyle with maybe lunch the next day for one.
 
So now she just posts everything on Candice Barber. I'm confused as to why she hyped up the other account with a few one pot slop meals and now doesn't use it. Surely if she wants to get big into mummy blogging she needs more content and to reach more people - with videos of her nearly 3 yo kid with a dummy in his mouth won't do.
