I have to say there is odd stuff going on with that photo. The legs are looking very toned. Her arms are not what I would expect given what we see under her outfits on her reels.
If I was a jury, I’d still be out.
(the jaw and the flipped foot are going to give me nightmares though.)

Her face is starting to look awful. The lines on her cheeks are those of someone who has little to no body fat. Ana face or body builder prep phase during peek week (neither look good) she really needs to either get help. I pray (not in a mean way) that it's an illness causing this rapid weight loss bit she could speak out about it, maybe it could help others going through similar. Her staying quiet makes me believe its an ED

I don't think any of the photos are true photos anymore. So who knows how she looks. I first followed her when I was starving myself whilst trying to believe that quark really did look good in a quiche and you really could live with those crappy promise rolls that were always out of stock, and didn't miss fresh rolls from the bakery at all. It was all lies. I think her twin looks far healthier and happier and I don't believe we are seeing anything truthful from Gemma at all.

I don’t for one minute doubt that she is very, very ill but I find it highly suspicious that I (or anyone) posts about the arms not fitting with the rest of the body and then an image appears where the arms look ENTIRELY different.
She is a)playing to us and b) harming vulnerable people.
She’s a bleeping weapon.

I've started to think she poses in ways to look thinner I know we all do but in others photos sh3 doesn't look as sick that above pictur3 her thighs look like my calves but the photo on the beach not as skinny. Does she want us to think she is poorly or something

Absolute full of tripe she is!
So, after seeing the last swimwear photo she's kindly posted for us all, for experimental purposes only
I've taken a photo of myself in a full length mirror, then had my husband take a full length photo in the same pose, surprised how slimming it is in a mirror. Can see the difference straight away. Try it! Husband is confused now 
Reminds me of when she would take a photo back in the day in one of her swishy dresses, always in front of a mirror!!

I've gone down a rabbit hole with this one, so many examples of how to pose out there!
The pose Gem is doing above in the mirror is popular, lots of tutorials on how to do it, slightly bend forward and pull you waist and bum back!!
