Buying Manhattan (Netflix)

I am so here for the return of Ryan Serhant to our screens with Buying Manhattan. LOVED him in Million Dollar Listings NY. He seems to have a good sense of humour but does not suffer fools gladly.

I binged this new series. The cattiness is next level among his other agents. The entitlement of Savannah and the just absolutely boke-making arrogance of Jonathan!
Yes, it's very obvious some of it is played up big time for the cameras but there seems to be some genuine tea being spilled too.

And unlike that awful London one, we get to see the stunning NY apartments and see the brokers negotiate deals and not just flounce about in ridiculous designer outfits.

I really enjoyed this and binged in 2 days.

Much preferred it to the London show, and to selling sunset/oc.

It feels the most authentic, and there's much more focus on property thankfully. The drama is minimal, although that Jonathan did make a good villain.

Ryan does have a certain charm you can't help but like, and New York looks stunning in every shot
