I totally agree with this - it’s often not what she does, it’s the way she says it or presents it. No gratuitousness and no gratefulness.

Even in comparison to Adam Hattan - I know he can be a pest however he always makes a point of buying things for giveaways. I know this benefits him in the bigger picture but the interaction counts for something.
