It’s Matty who I’m finding more icky, personally. He instigates the touchy feely-ness with Jordan - the putting make up on, the weird tea towel fight and then kind of leaves Jordan hanging? To me it feels like Matty is really aware of the cameras and plays up to the idea of a romance but has no intention of actually following through on anything. He can sense Jordan is into him (I mean, it’s fairly obvious) and uses it to his advantage to create some good TV bites and then just kind of goes back to normal again? I don’t know. I always like to watch a blossoming romance but this feels a bit disingenuous on Matty’s side.

I get the vibe Matty is kinda like that with everyone in the house though. Like he's always snuggling with Trish in bed and he comes across to me like a touchy feely kind of friend. I think the serious talk he wanted to have with Jordan was gonna be him telling Jordan he doesn't feel that way. I really like Matty so far, so I hope he's not doing it on purpose. Matty seems like a pretty genuine person to me but maybe I'm totally wrong!

Sorry I haven't really kept up with these threads until I caught up there. I absolutely love Will presenting he is a natural, I wish he could just do it on his own. Him and AJ hosted a best bits of big brother show before this new series started and he teared up at a clip of Nikki Grahame. You can tell he is a genuine fan of the show. Just love him.
 
I have to get this off my chest. Watching Matty and Jordan interact made my toes curl so badly I got cramp. Matty looks so greasy and grubby and I wouldn’t like the idea of him being my Granny’s doctor in that horrible fishnet jumper he insists on wearing, that looks like he rescued it out of a bin in 1979. At times he seems like a gentle soul with kind eyes but then he plays up to the cameras with no regard for making a fool of Jordan, I would’ve thought Jordan was too refined to be running around whipping someone’s bottom with a tea towel. Please someone make it stop!

Late to the party but more often than not women are worse!!! I work in an office in central london and have female /male toilets … the women’s is carnage! I often wonder what their homes are like to feel so comfortable leaving it like that and for someone else to clean. I could never. I would let the whole house know id touch someone’s tit whilst cleaning too, omg noooo

The ward I used to work on had a female changing room that incorporated 2 toilet cubicles. Without fail someone would leave a disgusting shet in one of them while we were on morning rounds so the place would stink by the time lunch breaks started. We narrowed it down by powers of investigation but the culprit was never confronted directly, just had the issue raised during handovers and coffee room chats. We concluded it was a power play from someone with a questionable personality.
TL/DR Someone isn’t flushing on purpose, a sign of dominance over the other housemates 🤢

Does dominance include having to put up with that yourself, suffering for your craft takes on a new meaning 😳
 
I don’t think Matty is a doctor btw. Someone found his profile and at most he seems to have done a bunch of volunteering with the elderly and shadowed doctors in some country under an overseas volunteering org. There didn’t seem to be anything to suggest he was seriously pursuing it or that he had done a medical degree

Jordan’s lawyer status also seems a bit uncertain because Dylan asked him whether he was a barrister or training to become one. I’m also not entirely sure that an aspiring or established lawyer would go on BB

Last nights was really dull and I gave up halfway through BBLL. Thankfully not at work today, I always thought that TV companies stored up some lighter stuff for Sunday nights as many of us are already peed at the thought of returning to work on Monday .. hey ho [I guess].

I used to work with a woman who done this - got in half hour early, done a turd, didn't flush but sprayed loads of peach air freshener to cover the stink. 15 years later and I still can't smell peach without gagging 🤮

I think (?) Jordan’s VT identified him as a solicitor, solicitors and barristers are both lawyers but the roles are very different. If he is an established barrister, he will be self employed and can take off as much time as he wishes. I wouldn’t have thought he was old enough to be in such a position yet, you have to have an established client base to be successful as a barrister and that can take years to establish. Very different with a solicitor, he is almost certainly an employee where initially you would go through two years of training in-house before you acquire a Practising Certificate, at which stage you are free to seek other employment or remain with your present employer (if they want you to). All in all I can’t work out a scenario where Jordan can take six weeks out to go into the house, unless of course he’s not employed by anyone 🤔

Yeah, I originally assumed that he had trained as a solicitor but taking time off to go on a reality show seemed to be a bit risky. Then Dylan mentioned the barrister thing and I was left even more confused as that is known to be even more competitive

He did mention in one stream that he wasn't sure about pursuing law but I couldn't tell whether he was joking or serious as it was a bit out of the blue

I read somewhere that Matty works as an assistant at a nursing home in Dublin. I read this in the comment section of a random article, so don't know if it's true, but I've had my doubts that he's a doctor right from the start.
