I tend to agree- where it’s not being addressed and actively called out on screen/by cast then production companies have a responsibility to step in and do their part to stop casual racism rather than just watch it happen. Too many instances of this seem to pop up across all the BD franchises.

I hope Andy goes in on Ashley on the reunion for this! And she never comes back to the show. If this was the other way round Gary would of been kicked off the boat, banned from below deck and edited out of future EPs

Looks like Gary will be getting it on with new stew, I really don't see the attraction of sleeping with a bloke who shags around so much!!
 
Daisy was very professional putting Ashley in her place. Was awesome to see the way she handled it.
Scarlett looks like trouble, but in a fun/cheeky way.
Ashley continues to be trash and I don't get her attitude at all. I wonder how she feels about the way she has behaved. I know a lot of her antics were to maximize her screen time and promote her OF page but she really unravelled and I don't think she meant for her jealousy to show so much.
Marcos is getting a favourable edit but he has lost me. He's sly and it shows. Great food, though! Can't fault his work but don't trust him at all anymore.

Apart from the racism, which is a huge deal, I'm distressed by the casual sexual assault on Gary. I can't remember if it's been mentioned already, but Gabi said she also assaulted him on a podcast (he was drunk and asleep). So, that's 2 women who took advantage of his intoxicated state to sexually pleasure themselves. That's really sick!
He's a flirt and he got drunk, but that doesn't mean they can use him like that without his knowledge or consent. Gabi has at least apologized but...still. Not okay.
Shocked that this isn't a bigger deal. Some people are making a point of mentioning it, but most seem to laugh it off like if Gary's fine with it then nothing wrong happened. He wasn't aware, he was intoxicated and doesn't remember, that doesn't mean he wasn't assaulted.
This show may lose me with the way they're handling all these big issues. Like with the Bryan season where they ignored all the toxic masculinity b.s., if they minimize this stuff at the reunion, I'm done with the franchise. It's the only reality show I watch so I hate that it's riddled with these issues.
 
Doing a rewatch (season 5 of Med) and had forgotten what an absolute gem of a human being Kiko was! 🥰
Great food, great attitude, beautiful smile, and so gracious even when they did him wrong. Love him!!
I was trying to figure out why I have a negative gut feeling about Marcos in spite of his skills, and now I think it's because you could tell Kiko was genuinely kind, but I don't get kindness from Marcos' face. Silly as that is.
This season is wild though; I'd forgotten how much happened on it. The madness of Rob and Jess, Kiko and Hannah being fired, Bugsy and Malia being snakes, Tom immediately turning into a giant pissy baby, and Pete being entirely edited out! Such a train wreck of a season!

I have listened to 2 podcasts both hosted by men where they laughed about it and said "oh he wanted it, he is just saying he can't remember but he wanted it".
Isn't that what men think after raping a woman?
