Why do a team bonding exercise and then smack one person down and bring down anything positive that just came from it? I felt for him getting upset being called a cancer and what that triggered in him about his Dad. It's a hypocritical telling others to be mindful of their words and then calling people a cancer, chain of command or no.

Surely if Alisa was getting fired Sandy would at least tell Fraser first?

she should tell him, but this is Sandy, she seems to latch onto something and never get over it

Did Sandy forget we watched her with Hannah and the tit show of Natasha who was having sex with the chef on charter and all the toxicity that followed when she said this was her worst experience with a chief stew?

I think Alissa gets fired at some point from the trailer with another stew but whether this is the moment, and without forewarning Fraser when he did apologise to her would be very low. Unless she issues a warning and Alissa kicks off.

Good god, the amount of unreasonableness over a game of bleeping volleyball 🙄 Great idea but maybe don't blame a team member's injury for its apparent lack of success.

Sandy reminds me of a manager I had who was a micromanaging control freak. Almost getting PTSD watching the past couple of episodes.

I can finally join in at not had a chance to see this episode until today. It does look like Alyssa is being fired. Ross needs to take better care of his skin. His nose now so burnt that he needs a plaster on it. He will end up with skin cancer.

Sandy said that the fish stinks from the head. She's the head!

That wee cat though 😍

I had stopped hating Sandy as much last season of Med, and now I'm back to peak hate. Fraser and the interior are slacking but she is not leading well, she's bullying and manipulating as always. Alissa does deserve to be fired, her attitude is shocking, but Sandy has not handled it well and just inflameed the situation.

I honestly don't get why she's gone for Fraser so much, from memory she didn't even go for Hannah this much? And she hatedddddd her. I really feel for him when she said he was the cancer of the yacht and how his dad passed (I know Sandy doesn't know this, but you simply don't say this to people). I don't think he's the perfect chief stew but he definitely isn't the worst
