Gary is one of those guys that’ll never grow up and settle down, the only reason he is still showing any interest in Mads is because she couldn’t actually give a toss about him and all his drama… If Mads had been all over him, he’d have been trying it on with Lucy causing havoc by now as he loves to play stews off against each other….
I‘m giving Colin the benefit of the doubt over the comments to the Chef as I don’t actually think he meant to hurt her feelings and he did seem genuinely remorseful afterwards, plus I think his head was a bit all over the shop with the Daisy, Gary situation…

I wish I could like this 1000 times. So accurate. Gary needs to realise that his cheeky chappy days are over. It's just uncomfortable to watch.

I still don't get why Daisy didn't tell him to do one when he was motor boating her and generally being all over her to annoy Mads/Colin.

I think Daisy is a player and insincere. Hope we have a new chief stew and Gary is gone, if there is another series.

Gary makes my skin crawl.

Maybe a new boat, too.

You'd think the owners would say something but then I guess they just know he's good at his job, when he's actually focused. Now he's just become the Hugh Hefner of Parsifal 3.

I think I remember reading that they change the names of the boats for below deck to protect their reputation.

Colin, at least she told hallucination Gary to get out of the bed and leave her alone.

Totally agree.
I used to think Gary was a bit of a player but a loveable rogue. I could understand why girls fell for him, he is confident, good at his job, handsome and really flirty and fun. But this series he has come across as a total dick. His behaviour to Daisy is appalling, he doesn't want her but doesn't want Colin to have her. He has no respect for the girl he is shagging, he just picked her because she is single and needs attention even though she clearly likes the other deckhand more.
I think his behaviour around Chase is really unprofessional.

He really isn't coming across well.

Love the chef, she really shows how to do the job well and keep all the crew in her side. She loves the challenge of cooking and pleasing the guests...I hope they keep her!

Very unprofessional… I think he likes to cause trouble between staff members, he hasn‘t quite managed to do so between the stews this season as Mads isn’t that bothered about him I actually think Mads would be relieved if he turned his attention else where.
I’m glad both Chase and Alex have cottoned on that Gary is intent on causing friction between them and have decided to cut him out of the loop. I actually think he’s a terrible head of department he might be good at the physical part of his job but he’s awful at managing people.
