Vanessa Feltz has her ex-BBC Radio London colleague Robert Elms on her TalkRadio show now, talking about posh actors playing working class characters.

I must give that a listen. Was he complaining about it? Actors pretend to be other people.
He did say similar, that actors act. But of course he flexed his working class credentials early on, and dropped in the nepo word.

The vitriolic way way he said "Cara Delevigne, posho", he was clearly relishing the chance to show his POV on a non-BBC platform.

I think his BBC RL roster being cut from weekdays to just Fri Sat Sun has done him a favour, he gets lots of time to spend in one of his three properties, he's always just returned from time in Spain or Suffolk.

There's so much I like about his show, mainly the music and info about what's going on in London, but it's pretty close to becoming old blokes nostalgia time, and his contant mentions of living on the 34th floor of the Barbican are getting very tired.

Agreed - I still really like his show, although the variety of music on there has narrowed considerably. The Barbican info could be toned down a bit, fair enough he's worked for a long time for it, but sometimes it's a bit much.
