I first saw Barry in Killing of a Sacred Deer and didn't think much about him except 'this is an unusual looking dude who plays creepy well'.

Then saw him in Banshees of Inisherin and thought he was brilliant. It was at that point that I was like 'he's really talented he's gonna be big'.

Then saw him in Topboy (running theme here is I'm a Barry stan).

And finally in Saltburn, which I adored. Him and the rest of the crew were brilliant.

I find it fascinating how he is SO polarising. I haven't seen anyone say 'meh, he's alright' it's either 'I'm obsessed with him' (me) or 'he's so ugly and repulses me'.

I personally think he's brilliant. Really talented, charismatic and raw.

What are your thoughts - good or bad - on Barry Keoghan?
 
I loved him in Banshees... Saltburn.

All I really care about is what they do with him as Joker and whether he has a bigger part in The Batman 2 or if they hold him back for the third film; his deleted scene was kinda interesting so I'd like to see where they take it.

I heard that too. Maybe a case of exaggeration but no doubt he's had a hard time of it.

I've read speculation about him having botox and buccal fat removal. I hope he doesn't go down the route of getting loads of work done. It's nice to see someone who deviates from the 'norm' of airbrushed, conventionally beautiful faces.

Ah the cat killer
 
He's role was quite small in love/hate but controversial all the same. Poor kitty. In fairness he didn't have the best start. He did a show Living with Lucy we're she stay with him and his partner. They seemed very much together but I felt she was his support and had given up a lot to be that. I personally think he looks like a Dublin head.. I am from Dublin but you know what I mean. I enjoyed Saltburn but found it slow. I hope he does well he's a brilliant actor bur if that stuff his true he's a prick

I must be one of the few Irish people who never watched, it's still on Player so maybe eventually. BK must have been 15ish then
