Real name Rachel Mulcahy ,originates from Dublin from from what little information we have on her background, seems to be pushing her profile on TikTok by acting in an extremely eccentric manner around Belfast, also asking for monetary donations and begging for food from passing cars, she has made a few court appearances and has been banned from a few religious organisations .
