Carried over from the last thread. Alice has made good on her promise of dragging the divorce out for 3-4 years. The bit she didn't say is that this is litigation abuse denied to ruin Ioan financially and yes it has. That said, IG will be ok, ie, he can pay his rent, but Alice looks like she will be evicted. It couldn't happen to a nicer person lol. Sadly the kids will blame IG for Mommy Dearest's inability to adult and live within her means.

Looking at the filing (thanks again @Hiraeth for both the time and money spent) Langlois says some interesting things:

Ioan has paid $600,000 in fees to both sides’ attorneys Holy duck!!
$90,000 left in the blocked account wholly as separate property which will probably be divided equally between Ioan and Alice. Holy duck!!
Ioan overpaid child and spousal support by $400k and wants a mandatory credit for overpayment to be applied toward future support orders. GOOD!!
Not enough money to conduct a trial on the premarital agreement. GOOD!!
He also requests to get a trial date on calendar as soon as possible so that everyone can get their final witness lists, exhibit lists, and trial briefs on file. GOOD!!

Janina says “my client is unable to pay her rent" LOL surprise surprise
Janina "Your Honor has read the custody evaluation, and those allegations were found to be just without any merit" Bullshit Dupee did a tit job and believed AFE's lies.
Janina "I do think that this case should settle just because of the lack of funds available to litigate.” LOL IG needs to not settle. @Hiraeth what happens when the money runs out legally? I doubt they will get free legal aid?

JJ: Mr. Langlois, I know you went to the time and effort -- I presume it was you. Maybe it was the other side, or both -- to get a court reporter. LOL Langlois knew @Hiraeth would get the transcript!
JJ: if it's a four- or five-day trial, I’m not going to do it. I’m going to send it out. JJ is trying to get the plane to land and avoid a trial on the PMA, that said, he's very word salady lol

•We are here at #280. It’s happening. We’re also mid October so hopefully we don’t go through 20 threads by the new year.

•Ok so the last thread began with a poll. Here are the results and nearly 70% think it will go all the way to the financial hearing on Feb 13th

•Hiraeth comes in hot early in the thread and announces that not only the Aug 22nd transcript is available but also the infamous September 9th transcript, the court date which saw Alice removed twice by the bailiff

•Alice posts a picture of herself and her affair partner son, Caspar/Finn. And if you’re reading here mate, it’s all good. We all have regrets.

•Alice posts a story of a “conversation” that she didn’t have had with Elsie about paper, which resulted in Elsie not asking what kind of paper Alice had when she was Elsie’s age, implying that Alice is old, which resulted in zero laughs.

•Alice posts that video that Soakie had to watch several times to format and post here. Send vape carts. And tranquilizers. Please.

•It was announcing another con in Covington GA and, I know this word gets thrown around a lot, traumatic

•Ioan makes an appearance for the anniversary of Pobol y Cwn, or at least he was scheduled to, not sure if we got

•Bianca posts a cute couple photo on her stories as well as a story showing she and Ioan out for dinner at Mastros followed by a story with a program guide for Hamilton

•Alice, not to be outdone, posts a throwback of the Sanctum premiere, with her cardi on backwards (so fashion ahem, forward) as Ioan’s plus 1 where she made an ass of herself. Again.

•Her last post about this premiere was in only in July. She may have been a terrible actress but she’s certainly nailed the tragic, washed up, bleached blonde, Hollywood never-was has-been.

•Hiraeth has been snowed under with life which we all understand so while awaiting the summaries, tattlers entertained themselves with memes of people waiting for things in this case. Always amusing when we get up to no good when it’s quiet

•Bianca posts a story showing she’s at Jonah’s Kitchen

•She also posts a hot Saturday Night Diva selfie to her stories

•Alice, with zero content to post, posts an anti hate meme/post. Ironic and moronic.

•The creator of cougar thanks the cast and crew, tagging Bianca in the story

•Alice and kids are in an instagram post made by Caroline Feraday

I can see the crazy even in this old photo she uses to publicise her rip off virtual Con. I predict a flop which makes virtually no money. Or maybe makes virtual money? LOL The costs are low for the organisers though. I wonder what the deal is, 50/50 on any money they make? The whole point of a Con is to get photos with and physical proximity to your idol. A virtual Con is a joke. As I said before, it's the Ians and Pauls that make the Cons lucrative. They aren't getting involved in this bollox. It's perfect for mAlice though. They can pay her with virtual money.

Alice is going to stalk and attack Keri Russel isn't she? Not only is Alice NOT the winner of the Welsh actor actor Matthew Rhys, she gets shown up that two working actors can indeed raise their kids.

Maths, you are going to get a very stern lispy communiqué from Alice reminding you that you are HERS!

And she's going to write that book! (it is actually bleeping depressing that ioan would have probably had a good steady working career around the level of Rhys if he'd not been abused)

PS. How much do we love that Keri Russell is hanging with Gloria Steinem and Maths is in a successful SNL movie as George Carlin.

I think he's in that donut hole of cultural knowledge for Alice. Too young (because she is soooooo gen x) and too old for her young kids to be into.

That said, she will steal legit grief, and this is such a horrifying tragedy there's no way she won't make it about her so probably.
 
Still catching up from the last thread and things have probably been discussed a million times, but when reading through those docs, whenever Janinanananana speaks, I picture her in a mini skirt, sequin boob-tube, greasy hair in a top pony tail, chewing gum and talking all Brooklyn like “dworg fwort” and “cworfee” and such like 🤷‍♀️ (sorry to any Brooklyners or coffee lovers or dogs that fart)
