I've never ever made a thread and didn't plan on doing so, but it's been annoying me for ages that Alex Cameron made out she was as much of a part of the #IWantToSeeNyome campaign as Nyome herself and Gina Martin bc she took the photographs.
in reality, prior to shooting Nyome, she had photographed next to no black people! I scrolled for daaaays looking for even one!
She hardly (pretty much never) posts about social or political issues. Nothing at all about BLM since the movement became less fashionable. But she's a hero cus she took some photos of *one* black woman. Urgh
