Did anybody watch this last night on Channel 4? It was nothing like I expected from the adverts but I really liked it and thought it was very interesting and dark. Had a quick look on Twitter and a lot of reactions didn’t like the show for those very reasons - they were expecting a light hearted comedy about sex workers.
 
I watched first episode & going to watch rest later. I like it but can understand where people are coming from. I do feel the adverts were very misleading. I thought I was going to watch a light hearted bit of fun but it’s very powerful & is very thought provoking so far.
 
Yeah I agree, I thought from the adverts it was going to be more of a comedy drama. But I did like it, will probably end up binge watching the rest as I hate waiting a whole week for the next ep!
 
Binge watched it tonight. Enjoyed it although the very end didn’t ring quite true to me. Pretty dark in places.
 
Watched it all yesterday and really liked it!
Hope they make a second series. Can’t remember her name but the girl who had the ‘prolapse’ I wish they had went more into her character and why she was like that

Wow, I didn't get that at all, but that's not to say you're wrong. I just mean, her character 'turning out' to be this deviant 'through choice' wasn't explained at all, so I wonder why as well 🤣

She was bloody creepy and brilliant and doing that switched on sarcastic/child doll like smile wasn't she. That actually scared me 🙈🤣

 
I just finished it tonight, loved it! I found the parts in court with Hayley really emotional.

I would have liked to have seen them go into more detail about the younger girl too. She’d told so many lies so there must have been more behind it but she obviously wasn’t ready to face it all yet.

I thought it was that because Hayley said that what happened to her at the shoot doesn't happen the first time and it must have happened lots of times before and then in the kitchen at her house she gave the dad the evils, think she said something to but i cant remeber? I am probably wrong but I thought that was what they were trying to get across.
