Right I’m going with their mortgage got declined cos of her spending habits. Abby is completely in the habit of getting well ahead of herself, they’ve put an offer in, got it accepted, mortgage got declined. Orrrrr their buyers had a survey done on mould manor, thought FUCK THIS. And backed out.
Anyone actually found the house they’re buying?

Yes i think so too, its still saying sold on mine but does say its been removed which is normal after its finalised. Her new house still says sold, she will be in by now im shocked she hasnt made a return already

I've just done a search via rightmove, surely if it was sold it'd still appear on there under the 'include under offer, sold stc'? My house shows as this and I've been in mines nearly 3 years. Seems to me it's fell through...

yeah mine was the same hence why I didn’t think it had actually sold. I went on the estate agents website and there was no trace there either
